“Loved it!”

Everyone on the team was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The kitchen and common area were spotless and cozy. The spot was perfect for me, just a short walk to the old town, and public transport was readily available. The décor was intriguing. I’d highly recommend it as a base for exploring Krakow.

The staff were very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage underground for a deposit and they returned it later; the 24/7 counter was convenient. The facilities and room feel a bit dated, but the service is solid enough that I don’t mind.

Everything was fantastic—unbeatable value, a private‑bathroom room that felt practically brand new, spotless and tidy. The staff were completely courteous and eager to help, and the location was excellent, close to the center without being in it. The only downside was that the room opened directly onto the building’s stairwell, and at odd hours—around 6 a.m.—you could hear a swarm of people descending the stairs with luggage, shouting, and generally lacking civility; the only separation from the room was a thin partition, which didn’t help at all.
