Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Northeast

“Nice stay at a chain hotel. Better than expected”

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom products were also a nice touch, and the lobby coffee was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed to find out that the pool was closed, and there was no mention of this on the hotel's website. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could plan my stay accordingly.

“Homey feel”

I was blown away by how nice and clean this hotel was - it really felt like home. My room had everything I needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsides were a slightly hard bed and the fact that they charge for breakfast, which I didn't think was worth it. Overall, it was a great stay, but not perfect.

“OK”

I was really surprised and disappointed to be charged for parking during my stay at this hotel - it was a first for me at any Hilton Garden Inn and definitely the last. I've come to expect a certain level of service and amenities from this brand, and the parking fee felt like a letdown. Overall, this experience left a bit of a sour taste.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, although I felt they were a bit too attentive to my husband during breakfast. On the downside, I was unable to have breakfast brought to my room, and the elevator had quite a bit of dust in the air, which wasn't ideal. Despite these issues, I appreciated the warm hospitality.
