The room had a terrible odor; after switching rooms it improved, but the beds were hard.

Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and the hallways were quiet, the staff was friendly and respected my privacy, though some staff members were very rude.

The price offered great value, the room was nice, comfortable and spacious, and there were several good eateries nearby; however, I disliked having to climb to the third floor for a working ice machine even though my room was on the first floor, and I had to request extra towels and toilet paper.

Nothing positive. Everything was bad: the place was very dirty, mold was everywhere, bugs were everywhere, and the staff were disrespectful.

The staff were okay. The room I received was not clean; the restroom door made a loud noise because the hinge at the bottom wasn’t even screwed. When I pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress was dirty with no sheet and had mold, the bottom was dirty and moldy, there was a goldfish and a Nutella packet, and on the first morning we tried to make coffee in the room’s pot but there was a used moldy coffee pod already in the machine.
