I booked through the app, but when I got to the hotel to check in they told me they were fully booked.

There were two of us, yet only one towel was provided. The staff only replied when I raised the issue through the app during the payment process.

The hotel’s registered address was not where we actually stayed. After finally parking, I had to be contacted to add a Line account and get the correct accommodation address, which was still a 15‑minute walk from a residential apartment. Inside the room there was no bottled water, no Wi‑Fi, and the TV wouldn’t turn on. The communication was rude, and after checking out I was told to use Line but never received a read reply.
