We enjoyed a variety of welcome services that made us feel we were getting great value, though breakfast, while very good, could get crowded at certain times.

All the employees were upbeat and kind, the dinner was exceptionally good, and the breakfast offered items you wouldn’t find at other hotels; the only minor drawback was that the fruit portion at breakfast was a little scarce.

The room had a calming, lovely interior and felt clean and comfortable. The bath towels were a little rough, though.

The lobby always smelled pleasant thanks to the aroma, the coffee and cocoa dispensers were available 24 hours, and having five private baths meant we never had to wait; we also liked the 11 am checkout time. The only inconvenience was a somewhat cumbersome check‑in process, and the split meal schedule meant that arriving at the designated 15:00 time would have missed the first service—though we made it to the pool at 12:00, so it worked for us; the food was very satisfying, and it would have been even better if dinner had been drink‑free.
