Everything was covered, from the top down, and I’ll definitely return. I couldn’t use the pool because it was too cold, but the place is worth every cent.

The whole estate is fantastic, offering countless ways to enjoy day and night with a wide view of the opposite mountain range. We were lucky to arrive a bit earlier since the villa was free the day before, which surprised us pleasantly. The owner was there immediately, very friendly, and explained everything. He provided firewood for the great grill, lighters, several coffee machines, and plenty of ice for refreshing drinks. After handing over the keys he said, “If anything comes up, just let us know.” Funny enough, after he gave us restaurant tips in Avila and a good butcher, we ran into him there. He knew the butcher and assured us we were guests on his property, so we got excellent service and top‑quality meat (“Chuleton”). Nothing to complain about. We were ten people (five couples) and had no issues. The sun could have risen a bit earlier, and the pool might have been 2 °C warmer, but that’s not the owner’s fault. The pool was saltwater, not chlorinated, which we all liked. It’s basically a “what we liked” situation; there was just no more space.

Very comfortable, well equipped, and the surroundings are very pleasant.
