“Would not stay again even in a pinch”

I liked the location, but the staff and housekeeping were very rude.

A few staff members were helpful at times, but there was a miscommunication with the old lady at the hotel about our cats that was entirely our fault. While I was at work, my kids and a woman who was sleeping barged in without permission, opened the door, saw the cats, and left; later the front desk confirmed we needed to pay, which I did after work. I asked for a quote for a 5‑ to 7‑day stay and was told we couldn’t renew and had to check out, with no explanation. At check‑out the front desk came to the room, was rude, and demanded we leave. I explained we hadn’t paid the pet fees, she said it didn’t matter and we still had to go. I called the police, but it was not her problem. This was one of my worst experiences and I won’t return; if I hadn’t gone down there I wouldn’t have known they wanted us to leave.

The room was dirty and not nice.

The bed wasn’t bad, but the blankets smelled awful, the floors were nasty, and walking out of the shower left my feet black.
