The location and facilities were great, but the breakfast was subpar—lukewarm at best, and any eggs that were ‘to order’ took an hour to arrive, if they ever did.

“Welcoming, beautiful & great small touches.”

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet was generous and delicious. I enjoyed eating on the terrace each morning. Daily activities connected us with other guests. The staff answered all my questions. We loved the cute towel animals on the bed, the welcome flowers, and the sweets left on the table each night. It was a great stay. Thank you all so much. 🙏🏽🌸

“Best place to stay in Bali!!”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Staff. I spent 10 days here and couldn’t find any fault. The resort was spotless, beautifully kept, and a fantastic place to stay while in Canggu. What really set it apart was the staff: every single person I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about us guests. When I got sick and stayed in my room for a day and a half, the staff noticed I was missing, asked my friend where I was, and sent complimentary ginger tea and toast to my room. That small gesture stuck with me. It wasn’t something they had to do—it was pure care and incredible hospitality. After 10 days, I left thoroughly impressed. Cleanliness, service, and especially the staff were top‑class. I’d gladly stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu. A well‑deserved 5 stars. Thanks to everyone for making my stay memorable.

“Excepcional”

It was our second stay at the hotel, everything was perfect so I recommend it 100% because the staff is charming, the cleanliness is excellent, and the location is exceptional. I hope to return soon and will not hesitate to choose them again. We had a slightly noisy neighbor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s just that people aren’t civic.
