The spot in Gemmayze is perfect, the style is unique, cleanliness is impeccable, and the welcome is warm. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff are very kind and always listening, and a big thank you to the director who met our requests. Honestly, in terms of quality‑price you can’t find better. I highly recommend Beit Toureef!

The location was great, but there was too much street noise at night (not the property’s fault, of course :) ), maybe they could add something like double‑glazed windows.

The staff, except for a few, were all lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was also lovely, and I imagine in the summer it’s a nice place to hang out outside. I don’t usually leave reviews but have to express my disappointment in this property. We booked the residence location but arrived late at night with a friend at the home location not realizing we were in the wrong place. They didn’t tell us this and led us up to a room which they said was ours. It was only after I checked our booking that I said to them we were in the wrong location. They offered to change us on our last night but we didn’t want the hassle of packing up our things and moving. They really didn’t seem to care that they had given us the wrong room. The residences look much nicer with a coffee machine, balcony and an actual toilet and shower. We were given a room where the toilet and shower are hidden behind a semi-sheer curtain – not what we wanted or what was advertised to us. We found it to be unhygienic and uncomfortable especially as the room was being shared by two people. The fact the shower and toilet are hidden behind a curtain makes the room very wet which attracts mosquitos so we ended up having loads in our room despite it being December.

Recently renovated, everything was clean and fresh, high aesthetic decoration, tasty local breakfast, great location, excellent friendly staff. We will come back!
