The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been – there were hairs on the sheets and pillows the first night, and the bathroom lacked any separation between wet and dry areas.

“Lovely”

We had an amazing time here, but the central heating system was a bit of a letdown. The room got really steamy from the jacuzzi and we couldn't control the temperature - trying to cool it down didn't work since the air conditioning wasn't functioning, and unfortunately, the staff couldn't seem to figure it out either.

“Extravagant stay with spa feeling”

I loved the old European style of these apartments - it's really genius. The communication during our stay was also good. That being said, the bed was on the smaller side, like 1.40m, which wasn't a big deal for a short 1-2 night stay, but I can see how it'd get uncomfortable for a longer stay.

The facilities here are excellent - the spa bath is clean and beautiful. I didn't really have any complaints, it all seemed to be in good shape.

“Original et confortable !”

I booked this place to celebrate a special occasion with my partner, and it was perfect - the space was huge, comfy, and really unique. The big bathtub, train-themed decor, and little touches made the experience feel magical and truly unforgettable. That being said, there wasn't really anyone around to help with questions or issues, which made things a bit tricky at times.
