I was asked to pay extra by the staff on duty even though I told him I was a hotelier; he insisted on the extra charge.

Nothing. Travelled 1 hour from railway station and they told no room available . Opened the booking app and showed the booking they said u have to go to their another branch 5 kms away . Bloody bastards

The hotel charged more than the amount shown on the app, and they gave no explanation for the extra fee.
