I loved the spa, but the parking space was too narrow.

“Overall, the mountain view was excellent, but the condition and equipment of the room did not quite meet our expectation”

The mountain‑view room offered a stunning panorama, a clear highlight of our visit. Yet the room felt a bit worn and could use upkeep; there were no drinking glasses, so we had to request some at the bar. The bathroom had issues too: the shower head was broken and leaked water, and only shower gel was supplied—no shampoo or conditioner, which we had to ask for and were later given.

The room was roomy and the mattresses were very comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent. The bathroom, though spacious, was outdated and in need of an upgrade, and the parking lot was extremely tight, requiring a lot of patience to find a spot.

The pool and the location were perfect, but the property needs a solid renovation.

El alojamiento y el trato del personal es bueno. Lo único negativo que destacaría es que no se garantiza la opción a una plaza de parking, y lo tienes que aparcar en un parking privado de la calle
