Clean, tidy, comfortable and the staff were friendly – everything was a solid ten. Everything was simply superb.

“Many things that should have been better, but overall it was okey.”

Some of the stuff members were very nice. Mostly everything was tidy and clean. Pool area was nice. Good parking with shade tents installed. But I was not expecting to deal with micro managing missing things or issues from the start and during the stay, the trip was supposed to be 100% rest. Over all pretty okey place. - Issues with electricity ( up to 4times a day in my case ) - No hot water ~18:30 - 2 / 3 am - Too many kids - Missing things like shower gel / towels / curtains etc . (fixed later) - Balcony floor was melting and was sticking to feet and shoes - No alcoholic drinks served at the pool - Poor breakfast and very slow refill time

“Nie wieder!!!!”

The hotel itself is decent with roomy rooms and a nice pool, but we spent eight days there and the lift never worked despite being told it would be fixed the next day, which meant climbing to the third floor repeatedly in the heat with a baby and two toddlers. Housekeeping was also lacking – on entering our room the youngest found a few peanuts under the table, and the understaffed team failed to clean our rooms properly for three consecutive days, even though they were always trying their best. A terrible sewage smell drifted from the bathroom into the rooms. To top it off, at checkout we were told we still owed money; we showed the booking confirmation and payment proof, but the receptionist handed us the manager, who flat‑out denied any payment, claimed no contract with the booking site, and even threatened to send twenty men to break our legs if we didn’t pay. He insulted us repeatedly. We left without paying twice the amount and will never return or recommend this place.

“Polecam”

The hotel is very nice, the room is clean and air‑conditioned. There are some unfinished small details, but they don’t bother me. The staff are helpful. I recommend it.

Everything about the rooms was fine, sometimes even better.
