Hotel O Govind Residency turned out to be low quality, the rates were high, and the rooms were poor; I really didn’t like it.

I was denied check‑in because the guest house staff wouldn’t accept my booking confirmation and demanded Rs 999/- upfront, claiming they hadn’t received any online payment from me. This seems to be a common practice in the NCR area.

Nothing was provided. Even there was no mirror to shave. When I asked for it, they suggested me to go to a Barber shop. They have charged Rs.1100/-, even though I booked for Rs. 850/- saying that they get the booking confirmation from OYO and they need to pay the extra amount collected from me will go to OYO. No water bottle was provided at least. Very poor responce and attitude by the staff
