The staff were helpful, the pool and lake views were great, and I enjoyed spotting a crocodile in the lake and a fisherman in his canoe; the deck by the pool was a lovely spot for breakfast, the tropical garden was nice, and the fridge, kitchen, and laundry were well used, though the Flames restaurant nearby had loud music at night.

The staff were very responsive, we were taken in at midnight and were polite, the room was clean, everything was excellent, thank you.
