“I would never stay at this particular courtyard marriot again, and these are usually my go to hotels”

The stay was very short, and the staff that helped were nice. The shower was dirty, dirty, dirty; I had to put a towel on the shower floor because I was too uncomfortable to shower without shoes. If it had been daytime and I wasn’t exhausted, I would not have stayed the night.

“I left the next day to travel home”

I got ate up from head to toe. There was hair all over the room and dust everywhere. The room was not cleaned very well at all.

The location is okay, but the 3rd floor smells like weed, and our AC in room 356 wouldn’t work properly. It kept cutting on and off even though we had set it at 61 just to come on.

The layout was great and the staff were very accommodating, but the toilet seat wasn’t secure— I had to tighten the nut on the bolt myself. We were told there’d be a “Bistro” for dinner, yet it offered little or no alcohol and several menu items on the limited menu were unavailable.

The property’s proximity to the waterpark was a plus, but the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.
