The location was spot on for me since I was having surgery at the Royal Marsden Hospital the next day

I found the place super close to all the attractions, but it was a huge let‑down that a £100 security deposit was taken without any mention during booking, and I’m not sure if that fee applied to everyone.
“Sehr gute Lage. Das neue Bad war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer selbst leider etwas herunter gekommen.”
The location right next to the V&A is great. The old broken furniture should really be removed entirely, and the street noise is unbearable in the morning.

It is well situated, close to the metro and buses, and there are plenty of restaurants around. The room smelled bad, had no air conditioning, the linens were dirty or stained, there was no parking, and the lack of an elevator made it difficult with large luggage.

On the downside, the carpet floor was filthy, the curtains didn’t block out light, and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.
