Great location, good accomodations for 3 adults, good kitchen and beds. Hot tubs (2) not working

“Location is amazing and the game room was great for young kids”

The spot was amazing, only a 5‑minute walk to the Gondola and the Canyons village with all its amenities, yet the hot tub stayed broken for all 7 nights. The unit had housekeeping problems that hadn’t been resolved even after the staff claimed it was “in working condition”; when we moved to the next‑door unit after our flight got cancelled we discovered that the temperature and shower pressure were off, the drain smelled, and other issues were real.

“Decent accommodations, super nice staff.”

The location was fine, but the beds were tiny, the bunk beds were uncomfortable, there was no cleaning service, and the shower jet was weak; I was also charged 120.00 at checkout for no reason.

Everything was super clean and it comfortably fit both of my children and us; the pull‑out beds from the wall were excellent.

“Fun, easy location.”

The spot was great, clean, and could accommodate many people, making it perfect for a guys’ weekend with my sons, but the Yotel is not a higher‑quality hotel, so it’s not suitable for those seeking nicer accommodations.
