Perfect downtown location, very close to the cathedral, not far from Petite France where you can leave the car in the Parcus parking; rates are reasonable.

It was clean, but there was no security, everyone knew the door code so anyone could enter, making it possible to be attacked and no one could be heard; the room door lock didn’t work so you couldn’t get in at night and couldn’t call for help, and after turning the key in the lock repeatedly the door finally opened; the same happened with returning keys via the locker at the exit; the staircase is narrow and steep, the carpet is heavily worn; the mattress and pillows are very hard; there is a kettle without a cup—what’s its purpose? The building is old, the window edges are cracked to the floor… Is it normal that Booking lists this type of place?

La ubicación y limpieza. Te mandan unas claves qué no funcionan. Y no hay un solo TF ni personal para ayudarte. Ahhhh solo hablan francés. No hacen el mínimo esfuerzo por comprenderte. A ultima hora casi a las 23h. Solucioné. El problema cuándo estaba casi a punto de reservar en otro hotel. Pésima experiencia
