The smallest hotel in Amsterdam

The room was clean, well‑located, and the host Tim was attentive and excellent. I loved everything about this place.

The room was very unique and beautiful, cozy and easy to use. The location is central to the whole city and the host was very helpful. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitoes because of the plants in the room.

The place is picturesque. It is noisy, inaccessible, has no parking, is dirty, and the smoke detector has been removed.

There was basically nothing. We still have photos of the poor hygiene and it is definitely not as shown in the pictures. The room was small, looked like it had been washed in someone's home, was not ready, the cost was not reachable, and we were told by the neighbor that there were dogs everywhere and dog hair. The bathroom was dirty, smoking was apparently allowed everywhere, everything was broken and nothing was finished nicely, no slippers were provided, the pillows were very soft and also stained, the sheets looked like we were getting them from his home. I would not recommend this place. It is small and cramped. I would like some compensation because I feel like I was put in a pocket; otherwise I wouldn’t bother, and normally I don’t do this, but I’m not satisfied. I will also attach photos. I was also asked if I would like to pay €50 for smoking, then my partner and I said no thank you, that is dangerous, and he replied “ah yes that is true” and we didn’t do it. I do not recommend it! We could not sleep at all because the owner was renovating, he came at 21:00 with a drill asking if it was okay for us and if he could come in because he still had to install the fire alarm. It is very cramped and small, all around the room, and from the owner’s side you see him. I just want my money back or a compensation because I have never experienced this before, sorry for my holiday, sorry for my trust, sorry for my time.
