“Moldy and basic”

I like the location from the amusement park bc it wasn't that far and the fact that it had a pool. I don't like that the toilet overflowed and there was no tissue in it. I did not like the fact that when I tried to call front desk for a whole hour nobody answered. So I had to walk downstairs to let somebody know. And also the mall that was on the ceiling that they sent somebody upstairs to spray spray it with some type of spray to get rid of the mold from the ceiling and around the bathtub and it was still all around the bathtub like on top of the top edge of it. Also the refrigerator barely worked it kept everything chilled. It did not elicit anything colder than just a chill

“Loved everything”

We experienced every aspect of the hotel and found nothing to criticize, though a few more breakfast options might have been nice.

“It was ok but wish we would had stayed somewhere else.”

Being near Universal Studios was a plus, yet the rooms were dirty with stained sheets, outdated, and the breakfast was lacking.

The location is very good, clean, and comfortable, though the location itself is a negative point.
