The welcome was warm and the breakfast was top‑notch. Nothing else to add.

Frau Pointner was nice and the ground‑floor room was accessible, but Herr Pointner didn’t act like a host. The bathtub was unusable, the furnishings were old, the kitchenette was greasy, the tap sprayed everywhere, and there were too many cabinets that couldn’t be opened. Space for luggage was tight.

The location is spot on, the breakfast is more than enough, and the vibe feels like family. The room is small but spotless, fully equipped with a working AC. Quiet green surroundings make it a great spot. Very nice place!

The courtyard was great, the breakfast was amazing. I didn’t understand German, but the staff were warm and helpful.
