“A room with a view”

The view of the Niagara River and the city of Niagara Falls is stunning, and the pool, sauna, and hot tub are gorgeous. I appreciated the complimentary cookies at check‑in and felt secure parking around the building. However, at 9 am a staff member knocked on my door and woke me up to apologize for going to the wrong room, and the outdoor hot tub was littered with leaves, bugs, and sand.

The location was ideal for walking to the Falls and the Skylon Tower. The bathroom is spacious and the view of the American Falls is great. The staff were very friendly, and there’s a Starbucks Coffee inside the hotel. The windows cannot be opened, and there’s a small gap below them; the air conditioning does not replace fresh air.

“Vue exceptionnelle sur les chutes”

The view from the 18th‑floor room is exceptional, and the luxury is absolute: you can see the fireworks from your bed! The king‑size bed is very comfortable. The carpet in the room was not very clean; I think the vacuum had not been run. Breakfast was very expensive, and the parking cost almost 40 CAD per day on an insecure lot, while nearby parking is 10 CAD.

“Hermosa vista”

The view and location are excellent. Mr. Roy—though I can’t recall his exact name—helped us with our luggage and was very kind. The reception staff were problematic: when I arrived, a trainee was present and the other two treated her poorly; she had prepared documents for guests, organized them, but the others simply took what she had prepared away, which was very bad behavior.

Good location with great view of the nightly fireworks show from the upper levels. The shower drain under the cover was so clogged with hair and dirt the shower wouldn't drain, which was not great and was really quite disgusting. Also had issues with the TV not working
