Everything was great, but because the place is shared, everyone names their food in the kitchen, someone drank a soda that was mine, and even though I’d be penalized if I did that, no benefit came to me.

Nothing positive, but upon arrival they tried to charge me triple the advertised rate, I reported it to Bookin’ customer service and nothing happened, they marked me as not having checked in with the corresponding fine, I wrote again and with a hand on my waist they told me they wouldn’t do anything else and that the reservation would stay that way. The hostel is basically ruined, it deletes old profiles because of bad reviews and re‑registers under a new name while Booking hides all of this. The same negative points repeat the same text.

Never been there, very weird environment. Please pay attention: the place isn’t clean, they posted incorrect price info, and don’t share your private credit card details!
