The property itself is very beautiful, but most of the facilities such as the pool and fishing area were not available, and the staff were reluctant to address these issues, making it feel like a rip‑off for the price charged.

The vibe was great, and I didn't have any complaints.

The staff didn’t understand what the customers needed and were not helpful at all, especially the front desk. The food was reasonably good, but the hotel lacked cooperation with customers. We didn’t receive the room we had booked.

“They should fix an automatic water filling system in the tank. Stuck 15 min in toilet without water.”

The resort’s layout blended perfectly with the natural scenery. The only issue was the lighting along the footpath.
