The experience was very good, but the coffee always came cold; they could provide thermoses.

The phone service and cleaning were great, the food was good and reasonably priced. The reception at the entrance was a bit brusque, and there was no notice about advance payment at entry, so we had to leave the car to pay. Support staff spoke loudly in the hallways, disturbing those trying to sleep. The notice to turn on the jacuzzi only after the tub was full was small, and there was no mark indicating the minimum volume; I almost soaked the whole room when I turned it on. The shower water was cold in the morning, no face towels were provided, and the floor and tub were slippery near the stairs, risking accidents. The food delivery system had a faulty notification, which could inconvenience guests.

The service, the view from the balcony, and the size of the room were all excellent.

The motel’s facilities and cleanliness were excellent, but the staff were very bad, rude most of the night and morning shifts, seemed to be doing favors and were very suspicious. They made mistakes when checking the room consumption and lacked delicacy in their treatment.
