“Troosteloos spookresort met smerig zwembad”

The location just outside the village is spot on. The rest feels like a ghost resort: the pool is unbelievably filthy, and when I asked if it was broken, the owner promised to clean it that same day but never did. The place has a dead‑flat vibe, the breakfast was awful with fruit plates left in the kitchen under flies, the dining area was bland with paint cans on the shelves, and a generator kept idling half the time.

“Amazon and the Jungle in Comfort”

The location was perfect, and the hosts Abnan Leon and Yuseiny were thoughtful and professional, making everything a breeze; the tours Abnan arranged were wonderful, we loved our room and the view of the Amazon, the huge king bed and air conditioning were great, and we enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning and a swim in the pool in the afternoon—highly recommend this eco hotel, Bueno, and Muchas Gracias 🙏.

“Beautiful staff, good location and the best activities”

The room offered a nice river view and was very comfortable, and the staff member helped us book a round‑trip boat to Leticia. The pool looked green and could use a good cleaning. Breakfast never made it to us; on the first morning we waited an hour because no one was at reception, then they whisked us off to the town for a meal. It’s best not to be in a hurry or have a tour scheduled. We also booked the Tarapoto lakes excursion, but when we arrived the boat wasn’t suitable, so they rescheduled it two days later, costing us an afternoon we could have spent on another tour.

It’s a nature‑filled, cozy spot with comfortable beds and good service; Abnan is attentive at check‑in and for transport from Puerto Nariño, and the road to Puerto Nariño is mostly cobbled and takes about 20 minutes. The place is lovely, has potable water all the time, but it would be nice to have drinks for sale.
