The location was great, the leisure area and pool were beautiful, and the surroundings were pleasant; I was disappointed I arrived late and missed it. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful, and breakfast started at 5:00, which was a big help while traveling. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again when I’m back in Uberaba. I would have liked two pillows instead of one.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually find the facilities good and comfortable, but after checking in this time my wife was showering when a staff member entered the room, knocked on the door, and came in while she was changing; I was in the bathroom and couldn’t get out, which terrified her. The employee said he was refilling the minibar and apologized, but didn’t leave right away, leaving us feeling unsafe. I’m going to pursue legal rights over this incident; other issues were minor in comparison.

The kids’ recreation area is attentive and very cheerful, but the daily café ran out of food regardless of the time we arrived, with insufficient refills. The bathroom had a non‑working exhaust fan, a curtain instead of a proper shower box that soaked the whole room, and the mattress was hard, causing back pain.
