There’s hardly anything positive about this hotel; the photos are misleading, but we’re on the beach. The room was Spartan, the AC couldn’t be adjusted so we were cold all night. No one was at reception, you have to call to get someone, there’s no elevator so you must carry luggage to the second floor, and there’s no direct access to the beach in front; you have to go around because the gate is closed. The pool is small. The room only had two towels, nothing else, not even a glass. To turn on the sink water you press a button; brushing teeth isn’t easy. The restaurant Bar & Grill had slow service and mediocre food; a couple was celebrating their wedding, karaoke, plastic tables. You might see a nice view of Old San Juan, but the hotel’s orientation blocks it. In short, don’t go! It’s far from everything and you’re paying more for being in Old San Juan.

“Great location and beautiful view of the sea”

This hotel offers a fantastic location with a stunning view. The room and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend this place
