Our stay at Sayaji Hotel Rajkot was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality of the entire team completely stole our hearts. ❤️ Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable and truly cared for. The restaurant team in particular made our trip so memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail and wonderful service made every meal feel special, and we looked forward to seeing them each day. The team at the entrance and valet service were equally warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel like valued guests. It was the whole team working together that made our experience so special. You can have a beautiful hotel, but it is the people who create the memories and the Sayaji team certainly did that for us. We arrived as guests and left feeling like we were saying goodbye to friends. Sayaji Rajkot, you have truly stolen our hearts. ❤️ Thank you to every single member of your team for making our time in Rajkot so incredibly special. We will never forget our stay and would return in a heartbeat. There was really only one thing we felt could be improved, pool service. It would have been lovely to be able to order food and drinks while relaxing by the pool, rather than having to leave the pool area. Even the option to pre-order food or drinks to be delivered to the pool would make the experience even better. Other than that, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay. ❤️

“The staff touched our hearts. We leave with new friends and very fond memories.”

The staff at Sayaji are truly beautiful, kind and helpful people. Everyone brought so much joy to our holiday. Vikram greeted us with a smile every day and enthusiastically answered all of our answers to meet our needs. The restaurant staff were sweet and attentive, helping us to try a range of new dishes and fall in love with Indian cooking. Everything was delicious! They played great live music in the restaurant that had everyone up dancing, had an artist doing free portraits (with a great sense of humour), and allowed us to watch the AFL grand final in the restaurant. Just some of the special experiences we enjoyed. Honestly, everything was great

“Good”

Hospitality and Catering staff were outstanding especially Nikita and Rahul, Chef Bapun was also amazing and very caring towards individual needs like allergies. Food was great and good value for money. Doormen were lovely and welcoming. Bathroom have no ventilation so smell of mould and it’s visible on bathroom blind, cleaning can be inconsistent across rooms, reception staff seem grumpy the smallest request seemed to irritate them. Most of the laundry we gave in to be cleaned has been shrunk. Originally thought it was just one item but after unpacking it was most of our clothes with a lot still stained, and shrunk. Called hotel to speak to manager and the front desk hung up

I had a wonderful stay and the people were full attentive to my needs and wishes. I thank all the team and a special thanks to Vikram and Gyanu for their attention and help in any details. The design was very unique and would have loved to meet the designer and in architect of this hotel Thanks again to the team. The smell in some situation but it has nothing to do with the hotel I guess with Rajkot itself and I understood that in big cites in India this is normal
