Denise and her husband were excellent hosts, preparing our stay with great care. The location is lovely, quiet, and very comfortable, and the kitchen is super practical with all the necessary utensils. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The host’s hospitality, the silence of the place, the comfort of the bed, and the very clean environment were all wonderful. Because it is under construction a street gave a bit of trouble to get there, but that didn’t detract from the satisfaction of staying in a peaceful little town to rest. I recommend staying at Refúgio das Hortência 🤙🏻
