“Family trip”

We stayed two nights in London and had a good experience. The location was superb, with easy access to public transport, the Underground, and nearby shops. The price was very reasonable for London. The reception staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, especially the receptionist who was consistently helpful and kind. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception after check‑out. The bathroom was nice, and overall the room was clean. However, the room could use a fresh coat of paint and is a bit small for three people; a bedside table or a slightly larger table between the beds would help. More coat hooks and a small chest of drawers or extra storage would also improve comfort. Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay; we rested well and enjoyed London.

The place was clean and tidy

I found the location convenient, and they let us leave our luggage there because we arrived early before check‑in was possible; the staff were quick and friendly. However, when we arrived we had a steamer and a hair dryer, and the next day we discovered that someone had entered the room to take both items without warning and without cleaning the room. When we asked for a hair dryer, they gave us a toy one instead. The heating worked intermittently, the walls looked a bit disgusting, the toilet lid was broken, they only provided a single roll of toilet paper for three days and we had to request more, and they only gave us two towels for three people. It could be improved a lot.

“Prima hotel”

The price was good, and there were no problems.

The hotel serves its purpose: cheap accommodation in a well‑connected area. The rooms are tiny, barely fitting a carry‑on suitcase, but I wouldn’t expect more space for the price.
