Everything was spot‑on – the staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and the spot was perfect for getting around. The price was right for what you get, so I’d definitely recommend it.

The owner was really nice and the flat works like a tiny home you could stay in forever, plus it’s right by Av. Nações Unidas and Av. Getúlio Vargas, so shops, gyms and cafés are just a short walk away. The downside was the tiny staff roster – we barely saw anyone on the weekend, which is why they gave us the gate key and the owner kept us on WhatsApp.

The place nails the basics – good location, helpful staff and a tidy room. Breakfast that morning was a little underwhelming, though.
