The property has a lot of potential, but they don’t honor their online ads. We arrived to a leaking room and a family member was immediately hurt because of it. The place has so much potential, but the people running it do not.

The panoramic view is great, but there’s a lack of attention to guests. No staff was available in the lobby or valet parking, and we waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us check in. There isn’t enough internal transport, and employees are frustrated by the staff shortage.

The rooms were pretty, clean, and most of the staff were very attentive, although a few weren't very pleasant. Overall, about 95 % of the staff were super helpful and friendly.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some positives and negatives. The beautiful landscaping and scenery were a highlight, as were the generous portions at the eateries and the choice of pools. However, we were disturbed by noisy neighbors for a few days, and the pool music selection was not geared towards seniors. Additionally, the Mexican performance could have been better advertised.

My stay at this hotel was a disappointment, with a room that was in a state of disrepair, including missing ornaments and splotchy paint on the walls. The floors were dusty, and the patio lights didn't work. We were also told to buy bottled water at an exorbitant price, which was not typical of even two-star hotels in Mexico. The food was hit-or-miss, and the pools were dark early in the evening, making it difficult to navigate the resort.
