Loi Suites Chapelco Hotel Resort & Spa is a luxury leisure and spa hotel situated alongside a golf course, 15 km from San Martín de los Andes and 35 km from Chapelco Ski Centre. The hotel features junior suites, suites, and studios, a Namasté spa with sauna and pools, two fine restaurants, and a wine cellar, offering a base for golfers and year-round activities like skiing, kayaking, and trekking.

Very good, excellent product quality. The second‑floor hallways are dark. Little attention when receiving guests. The hotel allows the security company at the enclave gate to take a full ID photo, with a case number, risking data leakage and identity substitution.

It's the fifth season I've been to Loi Suites. San Martin is synonymous with Loi Suites; no better hotel exists. The location, the views, the room comfort, the soundproofing, the breakfast, the pool, the staff attention – just recalling them makes me want to return. The only thing I would object to is that the gym needs a renovation; it feels a bit outdated.

The surroundings were great, but the location was really far from the city center.

Everything was beautiful and well organized, the staff were polite and helpful, the food was excellent, the view from the hotel was amazing, and the room was cozy – we loved everything, though it was a bit far from the city center.
