I was placed on the second floor on the first day, and the noise from downstairs was constant all day, 24 hours a day. I think room 103 should have been cancelled, because the hotel might think it’s just one more night to earn, but I doubt any guest could sleep well in such a noisy setting.

The location is great in the city centre, giving plenty of time to find food and entertainment spots. The rooms are pleasant and spacious, everything is clean, tidy and perfect. Breakfast is excellent, even making noodles on request. The host is lovely and also arranges tours, tracks and hotels. He organised a perfect track for us to Poni, all included, with flights, guide, accommodation and meals. In short, a fantastic hotel.

“Excellent location”

We got there late at night and had the hotel shuttle pick us up; the driver was waiting even though our flight was delayed. The room was spacious with cold air conditioning, and breakfast offered a good variety of food. We were starting a tour the next day and they let us move to another room right away so we didn’t have to store our bags. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Garden of Dreams. For light sleepers the curtains do little to block out light, and the room overlooked the night clubs, making it noisy until 4 am; we appreciated the staff moving us to a quieter room for our tour.

The facilities and overall vibe were amazing; rooms and the building were spotless. The staff really made my stay enjoyable, they’re extremely well trained. Shreya at the reception was extremely professional and helpful at the same time, a real pleasure to interact with her. Special mention to Rohan and Jangmu as well. Breakfast is great with a variety of options for everyone. I recommend Sherpa Pub (on the ground floor) too; the food is great and the drinks are well made. The atmosphere is great too. Special mention here to Aksis, Sandhya, Ashika, Kopila, and Jeewan who will always be happy to customize things as you need. I highly recommend this hotel whether it’s a stay of 1 day or 1 month+. Nothing was lacking; everything was awesome.

“Great hotel in great location”

The location was great and I felt very safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the cafe/bar next door were lovely and the buffet breakfast there was great. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here. Nothing to note.
