Located near Ahuriri Marina, Anchorage Motor Lodge features self-contained rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, and kitchenettes or kitchens with microwaves and refrigerators. Many rooms have double spa baths and marina views. The lodge is a 5-minute walk from Ahuriri Village and a 5-minute drive from central Napier, with nearby access to Hawke's Bay Airport and Mission Road wineries.

The TV kept failing and the reception was closed when I needed help.

The proximity to the sea and the amenities were nice, but the room never caught any sun at any time of day.
