They put us right across from the pool, which was nice, but the free breakfast claim was false, the pool and hot tub had black paint chips and other debris, and the door stayed propped open because the keys wouldn’t work.

It felt like a drug hotel, with people hanging outside and an overall unsafe vibe; the front desk was unprofessional, the place was dirty, and at 1 a.m. someone pounded on our door like the police, yet when we looked out there was nobody, giving us the impression they wanted us to let them in to rob us, so we called the police and will never stay again. It was not safe. Also, there were no movie rentals, no streaming apps like Netflix or Prime Video, which is a basic hotel feature; being over fifty, my friend and I weren’t worried about trafficking, but the place seemed sketchy enough that it could be a real possibility.

The cleanliness and services were excellent, but the hot tub should have been hotter.
