“Excelente”
The staff were excellent, even the breakfast attendant gave us a special dish from the region because we wanted to try something local, and everyone was very friendly.

The service was excellent and breakfast is offered every day with a great variety; this was my fourth or fifth visit to Santa Marta and this hotel. However, they really need to deal with the birds that swarm the breakfast area and hop onto the tables.

The staff were attentive, the experience was excellent, the space was spacious and pleasant—everything earned a full 100 out of 100. No negatives to mention.
