Honestly, the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, which made the room pretty uncomfortable. The toilet and bucket weren't clean either, which was a bit of a letdown. Not great for a hotel stay.

Avoid this place at all costs - they're really bad at treating customers and won't even book you in, making you wait ages by saying there are no rooms available. It's honestly the worst experience I've had.

“Staff is un professional. They deny giving you the room even after paying full amount in advance”

The location was spot on, but that's about where the positives end. I booked the room for my elderly parents and had confirmed a late check-in around midnight, but when they got to the hotel, they said they had no record of the booking. I had to jump on the phone, talk to the manager, and after 30 minutes of haggling at reception, they finally gave them the room. Not exactly the smoothest experience, especially at midnight.

This place was a total waste of money - I was really put off by the smelly, dirty rooms and stained beds. Not worth it at all.
