I was kept insisting on checking out at 1 pm, but the staff kept calling me to say that the check‑out was at 1 pm and that the location was far from the Haram.

The place has no parking.

“كانت رحلة عمل وكنت ابحث عن اقرب فندق لموقع العمل.”

The staff were excellent, but I wish the reception area had been better cared for by the hotel management.

“المكان جيد ولكنه بعيد عن الحرم وأرهقتني مصاريف النقل من والى مواقف كدي حيث لا يقبلون الاى بمبلغ فوق المعقول ومنها الحرم”

The place was clean, and they had toiletries, a kettle, tea, coffee, and a comfortable bed, but the sheets were for a single bed, not a double, so I had to slide them back onto the mattress, which was annoying for the staff and other guests during their rest time.
