From the moment we arrived, the staff made a strong first impression: someone from the hotel met us, opened the taxi door, carried our luggage, and guided us to reception, with warm greetings from every staff member. Check‑in was excellent, especially thanks to Chan, who handled everything politely, pleasantly, and helpfully. He seemed genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable and ensured we made the most of the hotel’s offerings. He even congratulated my wife and me on our birthdays during our trip. The room was spotless and beautiful, with a fantastic view and no unpleasant odors; the cleaning staff clearly knows their job. The pool area and surroundings were clean and quiet, perfect for swimming, relaxing on the sofa in the evening, or strolling around the grounds. The gym had great equipment suitable for any workout, providing towels and water inside. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes; they didn’t just serve one yogurt—there were 4–5 options, and every dish was tasty. The staff’s personal approach was evident—they remembered us in the mornings, addressed us by name before we even had our room number, and wished us a good morning. It was a pleasure to see how attentively each guest was treated. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. There were absolutely no negatives; everything was truly top‑level. It’s a great place to stay and enjoy a vacation.
