The terrace view from the room was excellent, the breakfast varied and tasty, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and Wi‑Fi worked everywhere.

The service was very, very good, the staff were courteous and explained everything personally, breakfast was plentiful and always refilled, and the loan e‑bike was in excellent condition. Nothing negative at all.

The accommodation was fine and well‑located for cycling in the Spreewald, but the two‑star rating was somewhat appropriate; breakfast was decent and extensive.

The reception was very pleasant and small requests were met promptly; the location is great, right on the water and a good starting point for activities, with plenty of parking. The cooling options for grilling and drinks were also very good, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel feels a bit dated, but for the price it’s acceptable.
