The place sits right in the center of Sferracavallo, near a minimarket, bakery, and restaurants. Our bed had a huge hole in the middle of the mattress, so our backs were sore and we never slept straight. We woke 2–3 times in the night because the walls were paper or nonexistent—street noises were so loud it felt like sleeping on the street. Check‑in took only 3 minutes, we just got the keys, and we had to ask the owner for the Wi‑Fi password. After our 8‑day stay, the owner told us that the booking had informed him we didn’t pay the tourist tax of 80 €, even though I had confirmation from booking that we had already paid it. :)))

Nothing special. The building is very old. In the bathroom the faucet was almost detached from the sink; when I touched the holder it fell to the floor.

Both the environment is very welcoming and the location is excellent.
