The rustic alpine setting was charming, but the sauna and bathroom left something to be desired.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location overlooking the lake and a very appealing terrace; breakfast was excellent and the service likewise. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the dishes and cutlery were absolutely antique and mismatched. We stayed in Apartment 308, and no one warned us that it could only be reached by climbing a total of 88 steps.

Breakfast was okay, but the same sausage appeared every day, jars of jam were often missing, there were no seed buns, no milk, and we always had to wait for something; the service staff were nice and eager, yet towels weren’t changed until we asked at reception, there were no separate showers in the pool area, the whirlpool was broken, and the housekeeping seemed untrained, especially regarding room cleanliness. I won’t return.
