“Location, location, location”

Large family room, very clean, fluffy white towels and comfortable bedding, good housekeeping service throughout. We chose it based on proximity to museums. An added bonus for families with children is the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Playground in Kensington Gardens. Decent restaurants and pubs within a 10-min walk to either South Kensington or towards Kensington gardens,. The breakfast was not on par with the Hilton brand. It was sufficient and well attended, and we paid for the convenience of not having to walk out at 8 in the morning with hungry kids looking for food, but it's limited variety for an exorbitant price. No play area for children, only a ridiculously small corner with a table and a few books

“we had an very enjoyable stay”

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful all the time, and the bar was a great spot to return to at the end of the day. The only complaint was that there wasn’t enough hanging space or storage for clothes, and we had to queue for the coffee machine at breakfast.

The location was good, but the value for money could be better, and the TV didn’t have internet.
