The bed was comfy, the room spacious, breakfast was very complete, and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised to find no pillow or bathroom kit; the housekeeper told me they were available on request. The spa was pleasant, the massage and facial were good, but the pedicure offered almost no nail polish colors and the price didn’t match the service.

The staff were welcoming, warm, and professional, especially Mohamed Magass, Abdoulaye Conte, Fode Sylla, Baldé, and Clovis who fixed my air‑conditioner that didn’t work the first night; he had to clear something in the corridors or elsewhere. Nothing was reported about this issue.

The rooms and the property were very nice and comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, the rates were extremely high for the quality, with food priced like NYC Michelin‑star restaurants but only average. The staff seemed untrained on currency conversions and check‑in procedures, and I had to call the front desk three times to confirm my checkout even after confirming twice that it was approved.

It was a good stay, and the area was well positioned for our business appointments.
