The location is ideal, only a 20‑minute walk from Lucca’s centre. As soon as you walk through the city walls, a completely different world opens up before you! We had a great time here. It’s also perfectly situated to explore Pisa and the surrounding area. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. It was ideal for arriving by car, located on a quiet street with private parking on the property behind a secure, locked gate. This was especially convenient, as parking in Lucca can be quite challenging. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, fresh and nicely decorated. The private parking made it possible to simply leave the car safely at the B&B and explore Lucca on foot. It was about a 25-minute walk to the beautiful walled historic centre of Lucca, which was perfect for us. A lovely, comfortable and very convenient place to stay when visiting Lucca. We would definitely recommend it!. The only thing to keep in mind is that the 25-minute walk to the city centre might be a little long for people who have difficulty with longer walks, although for a typical city trip, we found the distance perfectly manageable

The landlord is responsive and proper. The rooms are very noisy (room 2) because of the busy street traffic and poor internal insulation, and the room is dark.
