“worst hotel at more than 10k per night, every other customer was complaining about the hotel”

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is the worst I've stayed at; the price I paid didn't match what I got, and after raising a complaint nothing was done.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent breakfast spread and nice restaurant staff; weekends get crowded, so expect a wait. However, there are two hotels—one is old—and the photos showed the newer one, so we ended up in the older building with outdated interiors; the pool was broken, and a noisy party went on until the middle of the night without staff noticing, though they eventually toned it down after we complained.

A good place for families, and the foodela food was tasty.

I paid far more than the site advertised—3750 rupees was shown, but I was charged 4200; it was a terrible experience and I will never book there again.
