Probably the best hotel and the staff I've encountered in Sri Lanka.

The hotel manager was a great guy—warm and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Galle Fort, and everything was a short walk away. The bathroom could be slightly better.

The biggest plus was definitely the location — plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the streets below. The view was great too. Viku, who looked after us, was genuinely lovely — always smiling, helpful, and made us a really good breakfast. He was definitely the highlight of our stay. Overall, a decent stay, mainly for the location, balcony and Viku’s hospitality. The main downside was the room size. It felt quite cramped for two people, with very little space to move around. The bathroom also has a glass door with just a thin curtain/sheet for privacy, which might not work for everyone. We were two girls, so it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Also, there was no one around when we arrived for check‑in, which was a little inconvenient.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. However, the room was extremely small and cramped, with almost no space to move around freely. Having the bathroom inside the room made the space feel even more uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
